ในสภาวการณ์ที่ลำบาก หรือสถานการณ์ลำบาก วิกฤติ หรือล่อแหลม คนส่วนมากมักจะคิดว่ามันน่ากลัว เหนื่อยใจ ท้อถอย ทำอย่างไรก็ไม่ประสบความสำเร็จ มีแต่ปัญหาอยู่รอบตัว เรื่องนี้ก็ยาก เรื่องนั้นก็ยาก หรือรู้สึกเครียดกับสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น ยิ่งคิดยิ่งพูดกับตัวเองอย่างนี้มากเท่าไร ศักยภาพในการแก้ไขสถานการณ์ให้ลุล่วงย่อมถดถอยลงไปเท่านั้น เพราะความคิดที่คิดทั้งหมดจะฉุดสภาวการณ์ที่ลำบากอยู่ให้ลำบากยิ่งขึ้นไปอีก
การคิดตรงกันข้าม คือ ไม่กลัว ไม่เหนื่อย ไม่ท้อ ไม่มีปัญหา ไม่ยาก ไม่เครียด จะทำให้ผู้คิดมีพลังมากขึ้น สามารถฟันฝ่าความลำบากได้ง่ายยิ่งขึ้น และต้องพยายามคิดบ่อยๆ เพราะเท่ากับเป็นการเติมพลังอยู่เรื่อย ๆ
In tough conditions, or in a grave or critical situation, many people tend to think that it is fearful, very tiring, or discouraging, with no sign of success, as well as many problems existing, and everything seems to be too tough to handle, and feeling stressed. The more you tell yourself like this, the weaker your ability is to tackle the situation. Also, all those thoughts will worsen the situation, that is already very bad.
In thinking of these opposite phrases : no fear, no tiredness, no despair, no problem, no difficulty, and no stress will help make things easier, but one has to think of these phrases frequently, it is like energizing to move forward.
