หัวหน้าบางคนถ้าลูกน้องคนไหนมาเอาใจก็มักจะชอบลูกน้องคนนั้นเป็นพิเศษ แต่ไม่ได้ดูว่าลูกน้องคนนั้นดีกับลูกน้องของเขาหรือเปล่า เพราะลูกน้องที่ต่อหน้าก็ประจบประแจงแต่ลับหลังไม่ดีกับลูกน้องเขา ก็คือคนหน้าไหว้หลังหลอก ทำให้ไม่มีคนชอบ เพราะใช้อำนาจข่มขู่ แต่ก็มีหัวหน้าบางคนที่ไม่สนใจเรื่องนี้ สนใจเพียงแต่ว่าลูกน้องคนนี้ทำตามคำสั่งของตนเท่านั้น
Some bosses prefer subordinates who always please them, and do not look beyond the pleasing behavior, to see how well they treat their own subordinates. A subordinate who fawns on their boss, but treats their own people badly, is a hypocrite. No one likes them, because they tend to threaten others with their authority. On the other hand, some bosses do not care about this, providing their subordinates deliver what they want.
