คนส่วนมากมักตั้งคำถามเวลามีปัญหากับตัวเองและส่วนใหญ่มักไม่มีคำตอบ หรือมักจะโทษผู้อื่นหรือโทษสถานการณ์หรือโทษสิ่งแวดล้อมต่างๆที่อยู่รอบตัว แต่ที่จริงแล้วสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นกับตัวเอง ถ้าดูกันลึกลงไปแล้วเกิดขึ้นจากตัวเองไม่มากก็น้อย ฉะนั้นเราสามารถตอบด้วยตนเองได้แทบทุกเรื่อง การถามตนเองและตอบด้วยตนเองนี้ เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการสร้างปัญญา

ในชีวิตปกติ การที่เห็นอะไรแล้ว หมั่นตั้งคำถามตนเองและตอบด้วยตนเอง จะช่วยให้เราใช้ความคิด พิจารณา ค้นหาสาเหตุ ค้นหาข้อเท็จจริง โดยไม่ต้องไปถามใคร ซึ่งเป็นวิธีที่สำคัญในการเพิ่มพูนปัญญาให้กับตัวเอง

For the majority of people, when personal problems arise, they end up asking themselves for the reasons, but without obtaining answers. In fact, some end up blaming the situation on others, or the surrounding environment. But if one looks deeply, into many of such problems, they tend to stem from inside oneself. Therefore, by asking directly to oneself, and personally answering by yourself, can be considered as a way to create wisdom.

Furthermore, in everyday life, when one sees, or observes anything, try to always consider by yourself, and provide the answers by oneself. This is the best way to make one think, or contemplate, and then find out the facts, or the cause, without having to ask anyone. This is an important way to elevate personal wisdom.
